Upon receipt of your booking request we will send you an email with the confirmation of the availability together with a preliminary bill for the proposed accommodation plus any additional charges for extra services which you may have requested.

Please, send a email of confermation to our offer within the 48 hours from the reception of the availability, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.

If your booking is received earlier than four weeks prior to arrival, you will be asked to send a 25% deposit for the reservation. The preliminary confirmation of your reservation will have a validity of 10 days and will only become effective and binding to the reception of your deposit. The lacked reception the deposit within the term will automatically make to decay the preliminary reservation. The outstanding 75% being payable not later than four weeks prior to arrival, otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.

  Guests shall not be entitled for a refund in the event of early departure.

If a Guest, without giving prior written notice,  fails to show up within twenty four hours of the arrival time shown on the booking confirmation, the management shall be entitled to cancel the booking with liability or penalty and the Guest shall not be entitled to any refund.

With your preliminary bill you will also be charged 100 euros per person (max 400 euros) as a security deposit to cover for any breakages, damages, out of pocket expenses and any other unpaid charges during your stay.  The security deposit shall be refundable, after any deductions for breakages, damages, out of pocket expenses and unpaid charges, the days of your departure. 

Payment Conditions

Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal.  This method of payment is free for the person who is paying and is also secure and fast.  A link to the PayPal payment site is provided at the bottom of the confirmation e-mail (at the moment not available).  We also accept Western Union or Moneygram.

Service Conditions

The prices quoted include water and electricity, heating and cooling, wi-fi internet, cable TV, card telephone service, daily cleaning(except during weekends and public holidays),use of sun terrace and breakfast fare.  All other services have to be paid for.

If you would like us to book other services for you in connection with your visit, such as language courses, diving courses, tours, business meetings, etc we would be happy to provide you with the relevant information and act as your agent.  Any such services booked through us will have to be paid for in advance.

You  are kindly requested not to arrive before 1400hrs as your accommodation may not be available before that time.  You are also kindly requested to leave the premises not later than 1100hrs. as otherwise you may become liable for extra charges.

General Conditions

VILLA MICHAELA is a quiet and respectable residential block and, therefore, rowdiness, noise and general misbehaviour cannot be tolerated at any time.  We pray therefore the customers to abstain itself to reserve our services in the case in which the kind of wished vacation she is of brioso character or that she comprises in the group elements of disturbance for the other residents. If, after receiving a warning in this respect, a Guest fails to comply with this condition, the contract of accomodation will be terminated  immediately and the Guest shall be asked to vacate the accommodation and he/she shall not be entitled to any refund.    

The security deposit does in no way limit a Guest's liability for breakages, damages,out of pocket expenses and unpaid charges.  At our discretion we can also ask Guests to leave an imprint of their credit card and we are hereby authorised us to charge their credit card for any amount for breakages, damages and unpaid bills in excess of their security deposit. 

Occupancy of the booked accomodation starts and finishes on the dates shown on the booking confirmation .

Only the number of people shown on the booking confirmation may stay in the booked accommodation  overnight.

All Guests must present a valid passport or ID at the time of check in for registration purposes.

No animals or pets are to be brought inside the booked accommodation without prior written permission from the Management.

The Management shall not be liable for any damage or loss of property which  Guests may sustain during their stay at VILLA MICHAELA.

The accommodation shall not be used for any illegal activities.  In particular, prostitution, paedophilia and any drug related activities are severely punishable under Maltese law.  If a Guest fails to comply with this condition, the contract of accomodation will be terminated  immediately and the Guest shall be asked to vacate the accommodation and he/she shall not be entitled to any refund.

The Management may inspect the accomodation at any time with reasonable notice and at any time without notice if the Management is of the opinion that there has been a breach of these conditions or in the case of an emergency

The Management reserves the right to make available adequate and appropriate alternative accommodation if the booked accommodation is not available for any reason. 

The Management furthermore reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time without liability or penalty in the event of force majeure.

Use of Site Conditions

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your account.

 You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, or any other harm resulting from your use of this site.

You use this site at your own risk. We make no warranty of any kind regarding this site and/or any materials provided on this site, all of which are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency or reliability of any of the content or data found on this site and we expressly disclaim all warranties and conditions, including implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and those arising by statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that this site, its servers or any e-mail sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.

You shall defend and indemnify us and any third party providers and distributors and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf or by third parties as a result of your use of this site.

We may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

We comply with the latest EU Data Protection Directives in respect of any information we hold.

As is the case with all computer networks linked to the internet, we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of your information provided over the internet and we will not be responsible for this.
